Absolutely beautiful. My own personal preference is for a shorter cord but this is not a knock against these beautiful Komboloi. This is my 2nd from Christine and I see a few more that I will add to my collection. I use them all. They are not just for show.
A fantastic Komboloi to treasure and pass on to the next generation because of its quality & craftsmanship! The stones are all gem quality without flaws and obviously mined and not produced in a laboratory!
I started collecting Komboloi when I was in H.S. because I wanted to be like my Elders; I was given one by a family friend which I carried thru college...! Upon being drafted into the U.S. Army I found it brought me comfort thru an all expense paid "Tour" in Southeast Asia...Well, That was many, many years ago and since then I've visited Greece along with a side trip to Mt Athos...Anyway, the Komboloi is the best friend to travel with thru this veil of tears we call Life...!
